Was made to feel welcome as soon as I walked in. Friendly barstaff & nothing was to much trouble. Compliments to the chef, really enjoyed my meal. Was pub clean standard, no complaints from me.

Sarah is the new manager, and it has come on leaps an bounds. When Jayne used to keep it; it was also top notch, but after Jayne it wasn't very good with moody people keeping it; however now Sarah is here, it is once again amongst our favourite local pub!
The food we have had has never been really bad, but the service and pleasantness did take a dip in between Jayne and Sarah keeping the pub!

Best local pub around. Changed tremendously since new manager has taken over. Great price, great food, great staff and ultimately great atmosphere. 10/10 as far as good old fashioned places go. Highly recommend!
