We have recently joined Rushcliffe Veterinary Centre and have had a wonderful experience on the puppy plan. I would highly recommend to anyone who has a new puppy, especially first time owners. Thankfully we haven't needed to use any other services at the vets yet but I am confident if we do in the future it will but just as positive an experience.

Have been using The Rushcliffe Vet since about 2011. Wanted to use an independent vet, not a chain, and I have not been disappointed. Skilled and up-to-date vets, and friendly front of house staff. They offer the vaccination for life program like the chain vets do, so there's no excuse not to use them. These guys also don't upsell you to buy services you didn't go in for.
Have been using The Rushcliffe Vet since about 2011. Wanted to use an independent vet, not a chain, and I have not been disappointed. Skilled and up-to-date vets, and friendly front of house staff. Cute pet Ginger went to Rushcliffe Vets, West Bridgeford, for a male castration. I was very worried because when he arrirved at my home he had known epilepsy, severe heart issues, squashed gut, liver and spleen and was blind. I need not have worried. They assured me that they had chosen the correct medication for his operation and that he should be able to pull through an epileptic seizure even if he had one during the operation. He did indeed have an epileptic seizure during the operation but bounced back home within 2 hours and has never looked back! Cute pet Ginger and his mum would like to say a big thank you.

A really wonderful group of extremely committed Vets and Nurses, I have been lucky enough to spend time on placement here and have seen how brilliant the team are and how respectful and gentle they are with the animals behind closed doors too. Bill has been our vet for years and he or a member of his team has always been really quick to see us whenever we needed an appointment. The facilities at the practice are great including being able to do laparoscopic spays. The whole team are lovely and great at explaining things so you always feel like you understand exactly what is happening unlike some vets that try and blind you with science and throw a bill at you.
We have received top class service from Bill and his team over the years, my family and all our animals are very grateful

Lovely people, all the staff team are very helpful and clearly love animals. The vets explain everything very clearly and discuss options so that I feel involved in my dogs treatment. My dog is always happy to visit and I recommend them to all my friends who have pets.
