waited 3 weeks for an item that they said they posted twice and it got lost in post. in the end they admitted the didn't have it in stock at all.

Did not receive my goods but what made matters worse was a supposedly tracked replacement did not turn up, on contacting them again, received another couldn't care less email so say another replacement would be sent but I'm still waiting.... I'm to believe 3 parcels have gone missing. Now have to go through all the inconvenience of trying to get my money back via a chargeback... will simply look for an alternative option which of course is just a click away will NEVER return to this faceless organisation.
