Partner and I travelled from Glastonbury to Nottingham for football. We've been here many times over years. My partner waited over an hour for a full English breakfast going up to bar twice to ask where it was. 1st time he was told it was being served up....15 mins later still no good. 2nd time he asked bar staff were rude in their response.
Whilst I appreciate match days are busy this is no excuse for rudeness and no offer of refund was given. Food had to be eaten in a rush so to get to match in time. However friends were not so lucky they missed first minutes of match.
