If you like processed food this is the place for you. Out of the bag chips, out of the bag salad and out of the box desert. My wife's steak was good but it was covered in a strange brown sauce. Not an attractive plate of food at all. My Fajita was delicious. The desert was a no brainier as it was shop bought. For £65 I expected better food. Although the staff were nice I lost respect for them after I was refused a VAT receipt. I asked why? They said 'I don't know'.

Nothing wrong with this place, except it's not authentic in the slightest. They can't even be bothered to make their own tortilla chips, even doritos would be better than whatever they gave us.

Absolutely Amazing! Thoroughly enjoyed a true authentic Mexican Meal.
Great Experience & Atmosphere. Fresh wholesome food, reasonably priced.
A refreshing dining experience. Fabulous Menu & Cocktails! & Friendly staff.
Will definitely be back when in Nottingham.

Dined here last night with friends. The ambience is lovely, music played was great and food was of a good standard. Prices were about average for a good independent restaurant ie not cheap. It was fairly quiet for a Saturday night. Only about 20% of the tables occupied.

There were only 2 waiters. We were slightly unlucky with our waitress who was new. The service we had last night was very poor - food took ages to come, we thought they'd forgotten about us! Had to go to the bar to order stuff as we weren't being waited on at all. No checking that the food was ok. No explanation about how the food worked (my friends have never Mexican'd before). Empty drinks were not replaced and the manner with which food and drinks were shoved onto the table was vicious! We were all given the wrong food so had to pass our plates around. Fairly basic stuff and I would have thought she would have got just a *little* bit of training before starting the in the role. This reflects more perhaps on the management than the individual.

Apart from this, I would recommend this restaurant, as I gather it's the best of only a few Mexicans in Nottingham...
