Very very bad customer service. Rang up to find where our pizza was to be treated with. Very rude shouting man who blamed us saying we said wrong house number when we clearly didn't. Need to improve on customer service as this is disgraceful.
Update got pizzas after waiting another 30 mins to get very overcooked pizzas. Look like they just warned them up.

Used internet order to give plenty of time. Rang up after 20 minutes late and got usual crappy excuse driver on his way. Told to ring back if not there in another 10 minutes! Rang back again and told couldn't get hold of driver because probably driving.... really! Asked to speak to Manager and he was just abysmal!!! No customer service just it was tough basically! Pizza eventually arrived three quarters of an hour late. Obviously not fresh and driver had a charisma bypass. Never using again.

Pizza is nice but man who answers the phone is very rude. He rushes you when your ordering and called you babe and darling (yuk!) Chips are nasty and taste microwaved. And delivery drivers are also rude! Was given liquid ice cream and asked for a refund. Rather than them just putting it back on my card they want to come and collect the ice cream another day in the week and refund me then... if they think I'm gonna keep the ice cream in my freezer whilst I wait they have another thing Coming
UPDATE: they never showed up to refund me so the ice cream went in the bin. I called them to chase this up and they said they would give me a free ice cream with my next order... I've now been told this wouldn't be the case and the manager shouted "I have a business to run here we can't just give away free food" I will never use this place again.

Pizza is very nice when cooked right, better than dominos. The staff need to be more customer service orientated and the premises inside isn't very nice. I'm amazed they have a 5 star hygiene rating.

Smooth ordering, delivery more or less to time. Great pizza and good value for money.
