Went there last week for a family member's birthday meal on a Thursday evening. Took around 1hr 20mins to get the food we ordered, which was missing one of the items (but was corrected after informing them). The staff were friendly enough but it wouldn't have been hard for them to have advised of the long wait for food at the time of ordering.
