We went to haj last year 2016,
6 people from my family.
I was very nervous as I was given the task to find a good agent and it was a big responsibility bearing in mind how much money was involved.
Alhamdullilah brother Arif delivered what he promised, we were looked after, guided all the way through and I can honestly say it was the best experience of my life.
Look no further, brother Arif is a very honest and genuine person and is true to his word, I would definitely recommend Haji Tours, it was worth every penny.

Booked a umrah trip with them and paid for 4/5 star accomadation in Makkah. Upon arriving in Makkah was met by their middle man who told me that the hotel I was supposed to be in was fully booked and dumped myself and 3 others in a 2 star hotel. They tried to make up for their mistake by offering me A stay in Anjum hotel with b+b on my return from madina for one night but the damage was done.

I booked tailor made Umrah trip in March 2016 with them which was 5star Makkah hilton suites which was very good Madina hotel was stated as 5 star but it was like 3 or 4 max transport was very good spot on. After a great trip i decided to go on Hajj this year aswell So i decided to book with same people as i had really good time.
Hajj 2016 first week in Hilton suites again rooms were fine everything went well. then we moved to Azizya which is near to mina good location only downfall rooms were a bit too crowded.
One suggestion We paid for services not to ask how should we read our salah thanks
