Really bad experience. It seems like they hook you in with the upto 3K referral to get your claim but dont pay anything close to it. They ring you and communicate when they need details off you to process the claim but dont answer calls when it comes to them paying you out for referral, had to drive down to the office to speak to them. Wouldn't use them ever again! No like for like hire car was given but you HAVE to buy a like for like car immediately with the car pay out cant just keep the money and buy a car in your own time whenever you are ready. only positive being got paid out for my car in a short time.
