Charging me £62.91 for cancellation, they renewed my policy without notifying me in time for me to be able to cancel. Spoke to a customer service rep called Jordan, she informed me that actually I was incorrect and I did know. Funny that because I'm pretty sure I'd have just cancelled in time. DISHONEST and SNEAKY business looking to penny pinch and get repeat business by a badly written policy, AVOID and go elsewhere.

No claim support , it is getting more and more expensive every year no any discounts, Not recomendet for any one !
