Good location for station and University. Good value and everything you need in terms of service. Room fairly small but clean and comfortable. Overall very nice hotel for a professional stay.

Good reasonably priced hotel. I chose the larger 21m2 room which is definitely better for space. The first room smelled and had wet/damp area at the entrance of the bathroom on the carpet (315!). I was able to change rooms and that one was better... The carpet does smell a bit (old shoes) but I think over time it is like this. Breakfast was decent, enough variety for 3 mornings.

Nice and basic. Not a bad place. I needed a room to crash in for a few nights & they provided one. Think it doubles as student accommodation.

I regularly use the Pendulum Hotel. The rooms are well equipped, clean and decent sized for the rates. It's a short walk from Piccadilly Station and only a slightly longer walk into "town". The Garden Bar is sensibly priced for a hotel bar, with decent drinks and food quality interesting food. I've also never had bad service from the staff. Breakfast is excellent, just missing black pudding but tempting as it is I won't drop a star just for that!
