Great hotel it does exactly what it says on the tin!!!. Very comfortable beds me and my son slept like babies two nights we were here. Great location for old Trafford 20 min walk. Clean rooms powerful shower and really tasty food in restaurant. Ample choice at breakfast time with shopping and fast food restaurants within 5 min walking distance. I'll be back here to stay again. Very happy with everything. My one fault and reason for not giving five stars is bar closed at 11pm😣.

Absolutely shocking. Booked 2 rooms then read some horrific reviews so cancelled. Cancel facility wouldn't work in website so called hotel to cancel 2 hours before cancellation deadline. Also emailed to confirm cancellation again 2 hours in advance. Took the money off my card anyway. Been waiting almost 3 weeks for refund. Absolutely shocking. DO NOT BOOK AS THEY WILL NOT REFUND IF YOU TRY TO CANCEL. Only giving 1star as system won't allow none.

A fabulous hotel that is pet friendly, the rooms are well presented and clean, the bathrooms are great and the showers are high pressure and hot!
A good hearty full English breakfast, not too expensive either as it was all freshly prepared, the continental buffet is available too with all that you could want from a breakfast bar.
The free parking is very welcome at hotel that is right in the center of the city.
You have a lot of fast food outlets nearby as well as the retail park literally just across the road.
Highly recommend and I will be coming back for sure when I am next in Manchester.

Had seen some bad reviews but we were very happy with the standard of cleanliness. Beds were comfy with lovely clean bedding. Great price on a Sunday night, the only downside was the traffic but once asleep no problem. Breakfast was lovely, very quick service & everything hot 😊😄. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I want to start off by saying i stay in loads of hotels for work and have never complained about one until this one.
Booked this hotel as it had an onsite car park and it is a big chain so I presumed it would be a decent hotel. How wrong I was!
There were spiders in the stairwell and the corridors leading to the rooms. This is never a good sign for a hotel.
I went to my room. The decor was very dated but really that doesn't matter as long as the room is clean. It was not clean. There were cobwebs in all 4 corners of the bathroom and in 2 corners of the bedroom. The decorative rail that goes around the room was falling off right over the bed. There was a horrible smell in the room and it had a very unclean feel to it.
I went to complain at the reception and the woman I spoke to was very nice and apologetic about it. She told me they would change the room for me and get housekeeping to sort out the other room.
The new room wasn't much better. Again the new room had a general unclean feel to it. It was so cold I was shivering and when I went to put the radiator on I saw that the radiator was falling apart, I literally mean it was coming apart at the seams. Surely this has to be in violation of some health and safety code? Single pane windows so I could hear every car that drove passed as if the windows were wide open.
I have stayed in some bad hotels before but this one really was just terrible. I would not stay here again and discourage anyone else from staying here. Unclean and no maintenance for the rooms. Don't waste your money here.
