I would register else where if looking for a doctors. Have to wait ages to get an actual appointment. When you do get one they miss things. Took my 3yr old and they missed an infection and ended up in hospital.

Myself, my partner and our 14 month old child are registered at the practice; every time we try to phone for an appointment there appears to be a 2 week waiting list.
Our 14 month old child has a weeping sore on the back of his leg, which over the last 4-5 days has got progressively worse; we took him to the pharmacy yesterday and they suggested that we see a doctor as it may be a bacterial infection requiring antibiotic cream – it’s weeping and getting worse and your reception staff offered an appointment two weeks hence!!
I and my partner have had similar experiences; the reception staff are rude and the fact that a child should have to wait 2 weeks to see a doctor is an absolute disgrace.
The reviews for the practice are terrible and despite the platitudes on the website I very much doubt that anything will change.

By far the best practice I have been registered with. The customer service of the Reception team is excellent. Always available and helpful. My doctor is amazing. On the megative side the only issue is you have to wait 5 minutes normally to get hold of a human to book an appointment over the telephone but its all worth the wait considering the professional service and care that they provide.
