Ordered rump stake meal & asked for well done & steak was well done outside as for inside raw / rubber taste . Fries were not warm also . Avoid at all costs

Went for lunch last week. While the server was friendly the food left a lot to be desired. The salad bar was nearly empty and the place looked like it needed a deep clean. I was given what looked like a kitchen knife to eat my meal. Overall just poor. I would not reccomend.

Nobody to seat us, dirty tables, clearly had been very busy. We seated ourselves sadly on a dirty table, Naty our waitress turned all that around in a round 5 mins, apologised for dirty table cleaned it straight away and on doing all this not once did Naty show signs of stress or upset. Naty took our order and wish us a good meal when she served it. Naty thank you for looking after us on such a busy day and for making our journey good, my friend and I had also had a very busy day dealing with customers and I have the same approach so it was a pleasure to meet you. Naty you will go a long way with your customer skills and service standards. Best wishes to Naty and team

Came for breakfast. Despite it being really quiet, it took an age to take our order. No poached eggs available, nor mushrooms. See the photo for the spectacular continental buffet table. Truly a triumph. No bread, no cups, no glasses, no orange, Apple or in fact any juice.
