I wouldn't even give 1 star. They have spent money on marketting to be the top rank on google. this made me believe they are official people for Spanish schengen visa. They charged £92, and include in small letters that you have to pay visa fees separate. Something that should have cost me £80 ended up costing me £182. Absolute rip off. I am writing to google as well to make sure IAM should be punished on google ranking. UK trading standards are informed as well. They are misleading the public and its a con.

Would recommend you just do it yourself.
Despite friendly staff and quick response time to my first inquiry, the process of applying for Spanish visa is made more difficult and ultimately more expensive and protracted by involving IAM.
My issues:
Multiple back and forth emails required to clarify exact appointment timings scheduled by IAM. Wrong appointment scheduled once.
Wrong information filled in on application form by them.
Varying reply time, hit and miss availability on telephone.
The process of applying for a tourist visa is actually very simple and you gain nothing and actually lose time by having a less than efficient third party involved in the process.
Would recommend you just do it yourself.

After dealing with BHS for a Shengen visa for Spain IAM deserve 5 stars, the sight is informative and easy to use and the staff are prompt and helpfull

Do not go through them. They over charge you for doing the same thing you can do independently and do not clearly state what they are charging the fees for. Even after paying the do not respond to emails in time. Might as well apply on your own. Very poor service.

Excellent service. I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks of my visa application and got my visa within 15 days of submission. This was faster than I had expected. Thank you so much IAM staff. I would recommend you to anyone seeking a Schengen visa any time.
