Absolutely brilliant. Outstanding customer service. Always come to this Bathstore rather than the Balham / Clapham Bathstore, which is awful.

Customer Services are terrible. Unhelpful and rude. Tried to get a replacement part and the very unhelpful Jamie didn't want to know. Even though the item is on their website - it took all my sweet talking to get her to even look it up on the Bathstore website. In my experience, you pay for a Bathstore product but it you expect to have spares and support for longer than a couple of years, you're in trouble. Don't bother

Absolutely the most appalling company I have ever had the misfortune to work with. Don't waste your time, money and sanity on them.
5 weeks after my order, 7+ attempted deliveries and I still don't have my bathroom product. At every opportunity they will find a way to make a hash of your order. They will forget to book delivery, they will delivery the wrong items, they will lose your items, they will give your items to other orders and be out of stock. They will take your money and leave you stranded.
Lies, incompetence or a combination of both, I'm not sure. Avoid avoid avoid at all costs.

I don't post many reviews but felt I had to in this case. The staff here have really gone out of their way to help us get the bathroom we want. We received our delivery on time and complete, and had a few issues with materials mainly due to our contractors, which the bathstore team at Wandsworth swiftly helped out with. We were helped by Xavier, Chris and Cathy in store. As for the quality of goods, they are pretty standard and most come with a decent warranty. Five stars for customer service both before and after sales.

Honestly the service was pathetic. Whilst I had lots of help from the workers in store, they delivered the wrong sink to my house 3 times and then, when they finally delivered the correct sink, they had chipped a section off the corner! If I ever do another bathroom I can guarantee I won't be coming back to the bath store.
