I have been to the beauty spa Clinique on Fulham road and I felt like a princess. The environment it's worm and the people are welcoming and very kindly! I did the t-shape treatment and I couldn't believe the results😱 I felt the heaviness feading away and I was impressed by the centimeters I have lost!! I higly recommend this wonderful spa and it's amazing treatments!

I live round the corner from the Clinique and have been going there since they first openned. The staff are very professional friendly and attentive always providing me with the best advice. I have sensitive skin having undergone treatment for acne. This place gives the best facials. I have also had some amazing massages here! I would 100 per cent recommend SPA Clinique for a relaxing pamper session.

Highly recommend this salon for any of your beauty needs. I've had various treatments here as well as at other salons in the area and I've found that the staff here are by far the loveliest! So polite, always make me feel very welcome and of course revitalised! Sad to see another lady has left such a bad review as my experience is always the total opposite! Always find the girls to be very professional. I will definitely continue to use this salon for all my beauty needs. Thank you all at Spa Clinique;)

I don't recommend this place!!!!
Dear Spa Clinique I came in (24.08.2017) at 10am for a Hollywood wax and a Half Leg wax and I don’t believe I was treated or had my appointment conducted with proper professionalism. When I first arrived I told Waxing Technician that I wanted hot wax but to be careful around the upper left side of my pubic area as I had a cut that I did not want to get worse. While she was waxing my bikini line she was not stripping off the wax correctly and it has left me with burn marks. Once she moved towards the front of my public area she seemed to ignore what I had said and waxed over the cut mentioned. This caused the cut to become irritated and it began to bleed. The Waxing Technician noticed this and offered me a tissue but not any cream or medication to help soothe the area. She then said she was going to get her colleague, who had more experience with what happened, to inspect the area, and then proceeded to start my leg wax. Her colleague never came and when she was half way through my leg wax she ran out of wax strips and said she could not finish. She said I could wait while she went to buy more but I decided that my experience was already bad enough that I did not want to stay any longer.
As you can probably tell, I am extremely displeased with my visit and it has left me in a great deal of pain and discomfort. The way my appointment was conducted was beyond unprofessional and from what I could tell your staff member was incompetent and should not be performing such treatments. I am writing to you to make you aware of the situation and the current level of competence your business and staff members are performing at. The way I was treated was disgusting and I do not believe your business should be permitted to operate at this standard. Hopefully, for the sake of your company, you have some type of insurance in case my cut becomes more inflamed and infected. I will admit, the staff member was apologetic and allowed me to leave without paying but it is simply not enough. As I am sure you’re aware, dealing with an area of the body such as the public area, a great deal of caution needs to be taken as it is such a delicate area.
I would like you to take a long hard look at the current ability of you staff members and you should have higher standards when hiring staff.

Excellent! I would recommend this place to anyone. I only trust Spa Clinique for my facials. The products they use are of high quality, I always feel relaxed and am treated very well when I am there. The place have a great atmosphere and always smells lovely. I usually have deep cleanse and mesotheraphy which I would recommend. It is great for the skin especially when it is done by professionals!!
