Incredibly overpriced! The service is fine but it is a total rip off, £85 for a gel mani and pedi! The price is not obvious as they plaster the windows with signs advertising £49 gel mani and pedi which is absolutely misleading and nasty marketing in my opinion. Like I said, it's fine, but why they think they can charge almost double what other places charge is beyond me. It's just not worth it.

For the money they are charging, they should have better services. Pretty basic/ average.
Also the massage room was tiny and I could hear the noise from the rest of the shop.
I had the full body massage for 1 hour and they did for 45-50 minutes.
It was good but there is space for improvement.
Also, the tips they are basically making you give are extremely pricey.
I will not be coming again.

I started going to Images on the pavement just by Clapham Common station as it was a 5 minute walk away from me . I have since moved home but will not go anywhere else !
I always come out feeling fabulous with great chatter with the ladies who work there and keep a very cheery environment .
I have had the standard manicure/pedicures , the gel ones and even tried their waxing services and have left pampered and happy every time .
They have fabulous offers going on throughout the week and will always try to accommodate when I pop in for a quick colour if I had not booked an appointment .
Can't rate this place more ! :)

I can honestly say that I will not be returning here ever. I stupidly thought I would try it for a Brazilian and full leg wax. I was burned by the wax in the Brazilian (OUCH) even though I said it felt very warm. She blew a bit but kept using the wax. There were pieces that she had missed in the leg wax as well which was very frustrating. Then the waxist ended up talking too much when doing the wax and ended up doing a Hollywood instead of a Brazilian. Which was disappointing, but then they also CHARGED me for a Hollywood!!! It's only a couple pounds difference, but it's still a pretty dodgy thing to do. But yes, never ever again.
