Staff are kind, welcoming, friendly. always polite. It has wonderful cleanliness and it is a fantastic place to get a micro dermabrasion and get your nails done.
Liz who does my facial is a wonderful member of staff. She is always polite and very friendly she is a fantastic beauty therapist.

I’ve given them a second chance and they never get a simple request for colour right. The only thing they know how to do is blonde highlights. And that’s not me.
They should seriously invest in better lighting in the space, it would aid the workers result.

I love this place. Rosemary and the ladies are very personable and for years, I have only ever had excellent experiences with the treatments. Thank you for the pampering!

I've had the Microdermabrasion a few times at Pure Synergie Greenwich; always a great treatment - but this time was the best by far.
The therapist (Gladdis) was so charming - and clearly was passionate and knowledgable about her work. I haven't met anyone so engaged with their work for so long - it was brilliant as a customer. I left with lots of tips and just knowing that she enjoyed it nearly as much as I did! Totally recommend.

This place ruined my hair a year ago, the most awful experience of my life. I had my hair bleached, it was burning my scalp, I expected a little burn as I bleach my hair at home, but I wanted the professional help this time as I hardly go to the hairdressers. I was first off getting my hair bleached by a man, he then left the bleach on my hair for an hour, whilst doing other people's hair in the salon, which I don't understand why there was two hairdressers. He totally left me there and forgot about me, didn't even check my hair. So then this lady (who was the manager) washed it off my hair.. she used boiling water on my scalp from being careless and not paying attention to the temperature of the water, she was lazy, didn't know what she doing, and then I screamed as soon as the boiling water hit my scalp, she was so embarrassed she hardly said a word, just ran cold water through my hair. It was shock and horror in the salon. My scalp still to this day is damaged, it's been a year since I had my hair done. You should never be in physical pain when you are a hairdressers. They also used a brown toner on my hair by mistake so I left with greyish ginger hair instead of blonde, it was closer to dark brown when I left. Talentless hairdressers, you can't be fooled by the nice design interior of a salon, if the people aren't good, you will be hugely disappointed, I should have done it myself at home. And if your wondering if I payed, no I didn't, and they even said I didn't have to because the experience was awful.
