Very good location. We were given an accessible room which was a great size but unfortunately didn't have any views of London. Service at the hotel was generally very good apart from one night. We were told not to order at the bar and that the waiter would take our order. We waited 30 minutes before he took our order, upon taking the order he decided not to clear the table of empty glasses and again ignored the empty glasses after eventually giving us our drinks. When presented with the bill I was shocked to see a 15% service charge included.

Very pleasant reception staff. The superior double room was very spacious with all necessary amenities. The bar was a relaxing and quiet place to have an evening drink.

Decent hotel, quite strategic location, can walk to most tourist spots. Breakfast fare standard. Room spacious enough. Pillows very thin tho. Had a weird experience where the housekeeping staff took my husband's laundry bag when it was quite obvious it was not rubbish, and that it's got stuff inside. We called housekeeping and they returned it to us. The following days our room was made up but not as neatly as before the mysterious disappearance of hubby's laundry bag. Just a bizarre incident.

Nice hotel close to lots of things to see and do in London. Suite was spacious with 2 TV's and a nice settee in the sitting room. Bathroom was clean and well equipped with both a bath and a shower. There was also a small kitchen with a microwave and coffee making facilities. The buffet breakfast in the restaurant was good and if scrambled eggs weren't to your liking other styles could be cooked to order. The only downsides were the bed was a bit too close to the door and you could hear the loud noise whenever anyone nearby closed their door and the windows didn't open.

Park Plaza County Mall London. We had a fantastic stay with them and the way they looked after us was just so lovely. Gary the concierge was so helpful & thanks to him our stay there was ever so much more enjoyable, nothing was too much effort. Agatha in the dining room was very helpful & lovely ready to get whatever we needed. Fantastic time, we would go back again in a heart beat. Thanks Park Plaza.
