Cigars are iffy. My Bolivar EL14 tasted like soap and the Monte Petit #2 wouldn’t light. They were indifferent and just scorched it to death with a torch. Maybe too wet?? Train your people about cigars and customer service.

We had afternoon tea here. It was delightful. Very tasty, lovely decor, nice staff. We sat and enjoyed for a long time.

Held a social event here, and it was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and the food was magnificent. The hotel is stunning and the facilities were well up to scratch. Would definitely recommend it as a high end venue.

Went for afternoon tea - superb atmosphere. Excellent selection of teas and plenty of polite staff to assist. Quality of the tea and food was excellent, and the price wasn't too bad. Would recommend to anybody.
