This place is terrible!! bad food and even worst customer service.
I ordered and it took them 1 hour and a half to delivery a cold food which when straight in the bin,since was impossible to eat. I had non choice than keep the food since when I ask for a refund they said I have to contact customer services, which is a pay phone number and I dont believe they cannot make the refund themselves.

Ordered food online and it took over an hour to arrive, double the estimated time. When I called to ask when it was the manager was rude and unhelpful. When the food arrived it was poor quality and cold and when I called again to ask for a refund the manager was again extremely rude, defensive about the food and refused to give a refund before hanging up the phone on me!

After an order from Pizza Hut Willesden Green today I am very disappointed and disgraced in the way the manager conducts himself on the phone. He is very rude abrupt and with his staff and he is a bully plain and simple. The way he makes his staff feel is not a way to run a business. From what I witnessed of how he treats his staff I will never use this Pizza Hut again to belittle someone and treat them the way he did is a disregard to a human being.
Very unprofessional.

I called at approx 12:00 on the day to order 5 large pizzas for collection. 4 margueritas and 1 vege supreme. I advanced ordered by phone and told staff member that I would pick up at 15:30. The pizzas were for a birthday party. Order name was under Khan. Got there at 15:30. The Driver/member of staff was honestly the most miserable staff member I have ever encountered. No smile, could barely string a sentence together, attitude was one of "yes, what do you want". Having finally told him that I was here to pick up and pay for a pre order, he checked and said that it had not been started yet and this was at 15:30. I pointed out to him that I had provided plenty of notice to which he turned his back and called a colleague who was on the make line, who then said that he was sorry and it would be another 5 minutes. I was given the pizzas at 15:45. My children and their guests were waiting at home starving at their party. Finally, the pizzas were soggy and undercooked. Staff had clearly increased the oven speed for whatever reason. This was the first time that I had used Pizza hut delivery and I must say it was a terrible experience. I have never experienced this level of service and quality from your nearby Franchisee competitor also on Willesden high road
