Lovely hotel (beds are very comfortable). Good sized twin room. Location is really good, very close to tube station. Staff organised a birthday card and cake for my friends birthday. Great service. Would recommend.

Had the pleasure of staying in the hotel for a few nights. Thought the service and the rooms were great. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great, try the croissants theyre fab.

Very nice hotel. Staff very friendly. They even take the effort of treating you by your name. Breakfast is very good with a very good selection both of hot and cold. They also have an a-la carte breakfast menu which we never used because we feel the present selection at the buffet suited our needs perfectly. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner and it is a very good option as opposed to having your main meas somewhere else, prices are very reasonable indeed. Expect a very different decoration (New Age) in Scoff & Banter restaurant. I felt it was very interesting it's "plate" serving concept. The food is very originally presented. The outsiders coming in for meals as opposed to having only resident guests speaks for itself. Restaurant staff very friendly and very professional.

Modern and adequate. Good selection of breakfast food - they even had avocado to suit my millennial taste! Bad points: no bedside lamps in the room; no power sockets by the bed; issues using vouchers which is still ongoing.

Room was small and basic but perfectly decent and clean. Shower was good but the AC unit did make a few funny noises and it dripped once or twice. Breakfast was really good and had some nice vegan options for us. Overall it was a good experience but the main thing that let it down was that we had vouchers to use to cover the cost of our stay and we told them at the time if booking that we had them and then again at check in and we're told both times to present the vouchers when checking out. During check in they took a swipe of our credit card for security reasons and we were told that no payment would be taken but when we went to check out a different person was unaware that we had vouchers and told us that the cost of the room had already been charged to our credit card. He said he would resolve it later when it was less busy and email us with confirmation of our refund but this hasn't happened yet so we are waiting for it to be resolved.
