Rooms were clean and neat. Food at the restaurant was tasty and the service all around was very good.

Customer service was the worst I've come across in a while. Blunt and ignorant. Tiny hallways with automatic lighting were okay. Bedroom was compact with a double and single bed. Room was clean and bathroom and shower also clean. Couldn't find out how to get the free WiFi and staff were unhelpful. Amenities in room were good. Extremely noisy at night but this is hardly the hotels fault as it is directly across from Kings Cross Station. Only issue I had with room was the mattress continued to slide throughout the night with pillows sliding down side. Constantly up fixing it. Not a great place if you're looking for a nights sleep. Breakfast was included but didn't try it due to breakfast where u was going.

They are horrible.
We came in the hotel at 1 a.m. and we wanted a room. The receptionist then said we couldn't come in. Later we came back and we were serviced very rudely and were givin alot of attitude.Finally we get the room only to find that ours sheets were half the size of the bed and that the room was dusty.Also rooms are poorly built. Whenever we went into the bathroom it would hit the top of the door.We suggest you do not come here.

Awful place to stay. Rooms were dirty, air con did not work, there was a constant whining sound of some electrical device throughout the night that kept us awake. We asked reception to come check why our air con wasn't working and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Had a terrible night sleep. Only good thing was the location

This is a flea ridden cesspit. You cannot sleep a wink because every time a tube or train passes (every two minutes approx) the building shakes. That is interjected by the sound of people in other rooms as the walls/floors are so thin. If you are thinking of going to this hotel do yourself a favour and sleep in the middle of the Euston road. You'll be safer and get a better night's sleep
