Clean, spacious (by London standards), well-equipped room. I had one of the rooms facing the street, which was noisy due to traffic. I asked for an interior room and the staff helpfully arranged another room for me which was very quiet. Might be a problem if all rooms are occupied and you don't want traffic noise.

Hotel with good style. Fully equipped rooms, incl coffee machine with some free capsules. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Not noisy in the room. Nice shower room. Size of the room 20m2. bigger as usually in London.

Small and perfectly formed. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom with plenty of towels. Great staff and perfectly located for the Eurostar terminal. There's a bar next door and a small restaurant that also provides room service.

Generally the hotel is nice, but the rooms could use a bit of work. Windows were very dirty, obscuring the view, and carpet could use replacing or renewal as its quite worn and old looking. I also found on arrival that the fridge door had not been closed properly in my room so had leaked water on the floor, and there were a few other small, inconsequential things that weren't important but which I think housekeeping should have picked up on. Also noted that the cupboard doors could also use some oiling as it takes my whole body weight just to open and close them! Other than these small gripes, the staff are nice and quite helpful, and it feels like a secure place to be. I would stay here again for the right price.
