Really simple no frills hotel, our room was pretty small for 3 people, barely had where to put our bags. Think NY size rooms. The desk was crooked and falling apart. But, the staff were so very friendly. They even got my favorite necklace out of the drain (which does not have a stopper so be careful).

Very close to King's Cross. Room clean but no proper duvets. Breakfast good.

Perfect little place. Don't expect luxury but it was very comfortable, very clean. Friendly staff. For the price it's excellent and I definitely recommend for anyone who just needs a few nights in London for a great price. Just 3-4 minutes walk to Kings Cross Station /St Pancras, quiet street. Yes they have wooden windows but what can you expect for a budget hotel.

The hotels location is great. We got a room in an underground level, and there was a drain right by our room and it smell awful. One day we came back at 3pm and the room wasn’t done, the cleaning lady came back saying she could do it at that moment because she had to leave. It was a small and old hotel, and our stay wasn’t great.

This is the single worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune of stepping into. This hotel is dirty and in disrepair. The staff was unable to prepare a room even 4 hours after check in time. I requested 2 rooms. In one room we found stains on the sheets, broken locks, and damage to parts of the room. In the second room we found yet another broken lock, more stains, and black small hairs on the pillow and sheets.
Aside from this the room was sweltering hot upon arrival and we were informed by the manager that there was no AC due to the system being broken. When asked if they were working on fixing it, he replied there were no current plans to repair it.
With multiple filthy broken and sweltering hot rooms provided I informed them it was not suitable to accept guests. This hotel refused to help and I was forced to book other accommodations. The hotel as of this writing has refused any form of refund to assist with booking of a new location.
I am writing this as a poor review but in hopes of deterring anyone looking into this venue. Please learn from my error, not everyone can afford to just book another room, this was at a large personal loss.
