Best customer experince ever. Had rang up earlier to reserve the sick spitfire slip ons which was done with ease...When I went in the guys seemed so happy to be selling the shoes and were so passionate about them, shows they've got true skaters working there. I didn't get their names but literally all the guys working today were awesome and made me feel hella wanted. My local vans store is westfield however from now on I will trek to just give these guys my time and money.

Best customer service I've ever had!My old skools that I bought a few months ago from a different store had a ripped for an unknown reason.I showed Chris my shoes and he was happy for them to order me a new pair to my house even though they weren't boxed and didn't have a receipt.I think it shows how good this brand actually is as they will do the best to make sure you get a great pair of shoes!
