If you have a chance to visit the shop and want some advice on their bikes make sure you ask for their Sales Associate Julian Cunnington - he's the best guy there - he likes people, likes bikes, and does what he says. Also he has no attitude! Great shop ******

Called up to see if they had replacement parts for a Campagnolo wheel. They said yes. Travel across London to collect said parts. “Sorry we don’t have any in stock”. Very disappointed
EDIT: After receiving the below response being taken forward I have been left feeling a valued customer! And that customer service is a priority within Condor - assured that this shouldn’t happen again I will continue to shop at Condor :) Thanks

I had a bike fit with Condor and was very impressed with the service. A lot of time was taken to assess my fitness level and flexibility and then my bike was setup to meet my needs. Good value for money for the time taken.

A big shop that actually carries some stock! Yes! I know! You can go in, look at stuff choose it and buy it on the spot. A rare beast these days. Always had friendly advice from them so will go back. Cheers.

I ordered a Assos ij.tiBuru.4 insulator jacket online from Condor after searching the Internet for one. Condor cycles not only had one in my size but had the best price I could find and free delivery.......what more could one ask for?!?
Condor have an excellent website that is very easy to navigate and use and it appears to be updated very quickly. I ordered the jacket quite late of an evening and by the next day it was already showing as out of stock in my size and colour - guess I must have had the last one! Very fast delivery service as well, the jacket arrived two days later.
I am very happy with the service Condor cycles provided and I will definitely be ordering from them again.
