Usually a great choice of films; two good eating areas; and plenty of special events. Earns top rating because of the terrific members' bar. There's an annual fee for this, but it is amazingly good value.

Fave cinema in the UK. Spacious, great food, great student discounts, members bar is incredible. Lots of cool events. Obviously wish they were a bit more ethical in their treatment of staff.

My first time ever here while touring London during the 2017 BFI Festival. Seemed like no other cinema I've been to. Upon entry, seemed more like a busy social club than a cinema, as if that was the second reason for its existence. Snack bars and drinks bar with seating just for that reason if that's all you wanted to do. The cinema itself was great too. The seats are the most comfortable I've experienced. Which was perfect as I watched two films back to back. There's plenty of space for leg movement and letting others through. And the seats recline with little or no impact to the position behind. All in all a pleasant experience.

Very helpful staff. Lovely members bar with private sections and roof terrace, Comfortable and relaxed seating. Lovely freshly prepared original food, both snacks and meals. Original documentaries and films with Q&A's, lots of special offers and memberships options. Great place to visit for a film, to eat or even to join if you like the cinema

I've always loved Picture house Cinema, way back when I was a member at one of the very first ones (Harbour Lights Southampton over 15 years ago). It always nice and relaxed, happy to let you take a glass of wine in, seating all comfortable with plenty of leg room. The range of films is really interesting and the new live simultaneous screens they do of events and theatre now is amazing. An all together superior experience from the usual multiplex cattle markets!
