Awasome view. The amazing night. The only thing pissed me off was they have the rudest security female staff work there. I went there for Halloween party on Saturday's night. My high heel was killing me. I took it off then took a break. She came over said you need put it on. I explained to her the reason and would put it on soon. She just shout at me you need put your shoes on NOW! I was so upset. Didn't expect my night end in this way. How can u treat your customers like that?! What kind of manor is that? She is female. Can't she understand the pain of wearing the high heels?! So bloody cold and rude.

Came here for the secret garden afternoon tea. Staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. Great selection of tea's. Good and different selection of sandwiches and wraps and lovely cakes and scones. We were also allowed around the gardens, stunning, even in October. The service at the bar was slow but the cocktails were fantastic.

Took my dad for his birthday, the place has really gone downhill. Was literally served broth for a soup. I could make a better main at home (it was chopped tomatoes on courgette). Two children were running round in between the tables. Nightmare evening.
