One of the best food pubs in the area. Good quality pub grub. Staff are normally friendly and helpful. Parking can be a challenge sometimes. Has a small outside seating area at the rear.

Lovely, clean and cosy place. Staff very helpful and nice. Will definitely come back again! If you could do one vegan option, like a burger maybe ;) I'll love you even more lol

Lovely pub, incredible food, smoking garden with a nice, smart, separate beer garden. Friendly staff, good service and a nice vibe about the atmosphere. They also have quiz nights and on the occasion, live bands. They also do regular stuff to do with McMillan Cancer research which is a nice touch! The drinks are fairly priced with a pint of Fosters being around £3.30 for example. The only reason why this isn't a 5* pub is purely because there is no Sky Sports, pool table, dartboard or a jukebox. They do however show Wimbledon. Still, it's a great family pub, and you would be hard pressed to find a better or nicer place to chill out with a bottle of wine or something of that ilk with friends and family in the Borough of Lewisham!

The staff are welcoming and the food really good, but the main attraction for me is the well supported, busy, and popular little theatre on the side. Excellent productions of new writing and classics in an intimate space with a busy programme that changes every week or two. It's a bit of a trip out of the centre for me, but well worth the time. I've been several times and it has always been something I've loved.
