Went here the day after Christmas. I really loved the food, the extra friendly waiters and the nice ambiance! Only thing I disliked: they added the tip to bill without asking, kind of rude in my opinion

Great service, great food. Sumptuous meat. Friendly staff and an abundance of food. Definitely come here and give it a go.

Ridiculous. Customer service was a joke. Waited what seemed like forever for the meat to arrive and when it did there wasn't enough left for the whole table. After a word with staff meat appeared constantly, but why should you have to voice yourself to get the food you're paying for. Other than that, I suggest if you're vegetarian not to bother. Although there is a vegetarian option which we paid for, no vegetarian food arrived, when confronted their argument was they sold out. After which the staff offered meat to the vegetarian. The buffet bar was decent but the overall experience wasn't worth the money.

So these Churrascarias are all about the meaty buffets. You pay £25 for the meat buffet at the most (depends on time/day) and you select what you want from the buffet. Then they bring round various meats and you take whatever you want. Some of the meats were delicious, some not so. I had spent the day cycling and was famished so possibly ate around £20 worth of food. But any other time i would have spent the £25 a head elsewhere. Soft drinks were £2.85 which i found a bit steep. Service friendly enough. 10% gratuity added to bill.
