I went here for Halloween. Was great. Didnt Q for long, fair prices inside and there were loads of attractive women. Would like to go back when they aren't all covered in blood and face paint.

The QoH has a poor selection of ales, and the decor is pretentiously hipster shabby. But what made this one of my very few one-star reviews was the staff.
I went in for a quick pint to get out of the rain between work and a business event next-door. At 6pm on the nose, I was asked to take off my tie to comply with their dress-down code. I explained that I was just drinking up and would be leaving within 15 minutes, but the jobsworth insisted that I had the choice between taking off my tie or leaving immediately. It was no big deal to retie my tie ten minutes later, but the unnecessarily rude attitude of the staff means that I will certainly not be going back to the 'Queen' of Hoxton.

Had a works summer party here and the venue and staff we're amazing! Everything went very smoothly and all the staff made sure that we we're having a good night too! The rooftop was lovely too especially when the sun came out! I would definitely recommend this to anyone, it's defo a good place to go if you're looking for a good night out!

Came here on Thursday last week for our staff Summer Party. We had an absolutely amazing afternoon! The drinks and especially the food were great, staff were so helpful and friendly and the venue is brilliant - great location and the rooftop is lovely. Would love to have a party here again. Thank you Queen of Hoxton!!

I'm not really the target audience for this venue. Went to a corporate party there. Start of evening on the roof bar which is lovely. Second half of the evening on the basement which is loud, sweaty and crowded. Would have preferred to stay upstairs. Bouncer was a bit rude and the place is a little bit too up its own backside for my liking. But as I said I'm nowhere near enough hipster for this joint.
