Everything is nice in this hotel. The rooms are great and generally have what you want in them. The mini bar is not stocked, but there are fridges for your own food, and room service is available. The only issue is accessibility is limited for half the hotel (the suites). While the staff are happy to help there are two sets of (three) stairs before you get to the lift to the rooms. Feels like ramps could be introduced pretty easily. All round though, lovely hotel in a great location. I haven't used the spa facilities so can't review.

We stayed for a 1 night spa break and it was brilliant! All of the staff were friendly and efficient. We were given cookies on arrival! Our room was so comfortable and clean. We had dinner in the koukash restaurant which was fantastic. The service was great and the food was delicious. Although there was only 1 vegetarian main option which was the filo parcels I really enjoyed these. As a veggie it was so nice to be given something other than pasta or risotto! Also the atmosphere in the restaurant was made even better by the lovely music playing in the bar area. This hotel is wonderful and well worth a visit. Thank you for making our anniversary trip a lovely experience :)

Went here for an afternoon tea and the service was horrible. A young man who seemed to be the one responsible for our table completely ignored when I tried getting in contact with him so we had to go over and ask another one, and they never asked if we needed anything or something like that.
Pretty pricy and not really worth the money at all with that horrible service.

Bedroom are really comfy so get a good nights sleep. However some rooms have awful view of air condition. Thomas Street has the best view of old buildings.
The lifts are very slow. Some of the staff are a bit off and need to be a bit warmer.
The breakfast is fairly poor. The bacon dry. Black pudding could be used for clay pigeon shooting and the eggs sometimes rubbery.
I stay there because it convenient and you do sleep well.

Went for afternoon tea today with my friend for her birthday. Was asked if we had any dietary requirements, so i asked for a plain scone.... they didn't have any so made them especially within 15 minutes. The food was lovely and couldn't fault (we ended up taking some home as there was that much). Thank you to Paul who looked after us - excellent customer service. Well worth going and would definitely recommend a visit.
