We payed over over 600 pounds deposit and didn't get any of it back even though we only stayed 1 night & left maybe a small bit of rubbish in the apartment. Ie. clothes packages & some cardboard. An absolute disgrace. The apartment was in perfect condition when we left. They charged us extra for being 5 minutes over checkout time too. They're a pack of thieves here.

Room was amazing, staff were helpful and polite. My first visit to Liverpool was a very good one and I will be returning.

We went to Liverpool for a midweek getaway and stayed in the Seel Street building. The staff were very friendly upon arrival. The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. There are a couple of night clubs / bars surrounding the building but even on the first floor it was quite well soundproofed. All in all, a pleasant stay and well worth the rates considering its location in the heart of Liverpool.

Lovely staff who are very friendly and helpful. Needed a small screwdriver to change the battery in a toddler's toy and they were very helpful in getting us what we needed to get going (toddler activities can be a very important part of an overnight stay). Very well furnished apartments, reasonably well equipped kitchen for cooking meals and lovely bathrooms. Only issue we had was that the nearby nightclub was incredibly loud and the bass sounds traveled through the walls and kept some members of our group awake for much of the night. Nothing the hotel can do about it of course but something worth noting if you are planning a stay, the rooms in the building with the main reception might not be ideal for a good night's sleep! A pleasant stay despite this.
