I found that the service itself was fine, particularly on a very busy day. However, on such a busy day, with a waiting area full of very young children, would not have been better to put some children's programmes on the waiting room television rather than the BBC football coverage. It's possible it could have aided some of the parents in keeping their children calm and relaxed.

They don't open till 8am on bank holidays or Good Friday finish 4pm and didn't find the service great it felt like they didn't want to know as we turned up just as about to close and ended up on Alder Hey but luckily that was quiet too so only there an hour. Alder hey board says that smithdown open to until 8pm its incorrect.

Arrived at 1010 Saturday morning, and was seen to, tested and drugged up by 1045.
No long waits and the staff were very friendly.
I was 6th in a que, so was expecting to wait longer but was dealt with very efficiently, well done walk in centre.

If you come here near closing they tell you your son has a viral infection and there's nothing wrong with him then 2hours later he's in an ambulance on the way to Adler hey
