Awful won't be using them again! I waiting over 20 mins outside the firm it comes finally the drive home was fine, they dropped me off with my pushchair and bags and as I get in and put my son in I realised my fags and couple of bits weren't in there so I ring up within 5 mins of taxi leaving they tell me they will look when it's back which is in five minutes and will let me know 15 mins later still nothing so I ring they say on next job so will look when back I then ring back and there answer is the other customer just have saw them and picked them up! Well sorry that's not bloody good enough I rang straight the way it should of been checked when I rang not having to wait then be told it's the next customers fault! I'm angry! Will never use these again! Never had a problem with a taxi company!!

Disgusting company with Absolutely appaling customer service! Taxi was 20 minutes late with no notification of it being late and when i called the office to ask where the taxi was, i was insulted called names and shouted at before the phone was hung up on me! I am shocked at the lack of human decency by the office. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Excellent Service
They are a good RELIABLE COMPANY the turn up on time most of the time early and the cars are nice and clean and the Driver are very Friendly helped eith bags and everything. *****
