We had previously used untied carpets and beds. Other then the fitter not caring because he was only doing it for a pension top up. The carpet lasted two days before it was coming up and it wasn't even fitted properly. However since using carpet right twice I will not go elsewhere they actually let you know whats going on staff couldn't be more helpful. And the carpets are really great quality and the price isn't that bad either would definitely use these anytime I need a carpet no one else comes close.

Popped in saw a carpet in their sale, less than 10 mins later it's off the roll folded neatly and in the car.
