No complaints here at the Highcross branch .Always friendly and patient.
We like to use the 3 courses menu always a great selection and Zizzi have thought hard about promoting their vegetarian/ vegan choices too .
Lovely food in lovely set .
Any suggestions ,book early !!
Marked down one star only for reason felt I was being told off as I asked for cheese to go on my vegetarian pasta 😯😮😝

The food was actually fine (when we got it) and our waitress was very smiley and perfectly pleasant. Service was very, very slow because there wasn't enough staff. They were also initially reluctant to let us have the lunch time menu but did in the end. They just didn't seem very together l. I wouldn't rush back.

Had a lovely meal here with family. Really impressed. Especially with the kids food. Vegan and gluten free options clearly marked on the menu. Staff were great, nice atmosphere too.

Took my family here for a casual meal out. Its a pizza place not exactly fine dining yet I found the staff to be very pretentious. Ordered drinks and the waiter placed a dirty glass on my table along with a drink which I was expected to pour myself. Food was nice but overpriced for what it is.
Not much time between courses was given before we were hassled to order again. Lack of clearing tables correctly, clearing plates away isn't my idea of cleanliness no sign of tables being wiped between customers.
Won't be going again.
