I thought i'd try ruby as they were voted #1 in my area, which I assume is paid sponsorship as it's the worst experience I've had with a Chinese in my life. It took them 2 hours to deliver despite being told multiple times by their rude staff that 'it was on the way' and wouldn't be long. I did explain I was up at 5am, and would have simply cancelled if they had been honest about the delivery time. When the food finally arrived it was luke warm and below par. Soggy chips, tasteless rice and chicken that was rubbery and strange tasting. To top it off the delivery guy, who was obviously stressed out, became extremely aggressive and argumentative on my door step causing me to eventually slam the door in his face. Terrible food, terrible service, terrible staff. Avoid like the plague!

Favourite Chinese takeaway. Staff are always friendly and they have a great fish tank to watch whilst you wait. Food is also great!

Terrible experience, cancelled my order without telling me, had to wait 2 hours, shouted at by staff, rude and unnecessary! And the food was cold! Not happy at all!
