Outside the hotel doesn't do the inside justice. Clean modern hotel. Comfortable beds and room. Food out of this world. Staff very friendly and enjoy a bit of Craic. Good bar.

Horrible place, really really busy needs a major update... Kurt, rude arrogant Brenda woman on reception was great after 7hour drive to be greeted with a grunt. Had to wait 2.5 hours for a table at dinner / although restaurant was empty??- screwed up my dinner order was freezing cold, drink was brought after my main and had reminded staff 3 times, food was awful. Come on premier Inn Sort it! Although my room was moved I had to ring customer services outside the hotel!

The beds are super comfy as always at Premier inns. It was let down my thin walls and really slow food service in the evening.

Pretty standard Premier inn. A little dated compared to some that I've stayed in. Rooms were very hot, and because of road noise, you couldn't open the windows. Beds comfy, showers clean. The food from the restaurant was good and the drinks from the bar were as expected.

Initially I found that the staff were very friendly and helpful on booking in to having an evening meal in taking advantage of the £25 deal for evening meal and breakfast. The staff for the evening meal were very pleasant and could not do enough for us. However my experience for breakfast time was completely different and found a member of staff to be very rude. There was a group of us, mature ladies and were made to feel like children because apparently we should of booked, which to our knowledge we had that evening when we paid for our meals. If she had not said anything further we would not have complained but she continued to embarrass us in the dining area by scorning us for not booking ahead. The name on her badge was Rhianne!! I do find this hard to complain but her attitude was unacceptable and no one should be spoken to like that.
