Nice budget hotel right in the heart of Leicester city centre. Clean and comfortable double and family rooms and a very good all you can eat breakfast option available. Never had a problem here and have visited on many occasions.

Great comfortable stay for 3 nights. Rooms were very spacious and clean (room numbers 706 & 710). The staff in the restaurant were very accommodating. A special thank you to Paula the Supervisor (and staff) who went the extra mile by reserving our table at breakfast due to the restaurant being busy as a result of the Marathon which took place on Sunday. Thank you Paula your customer service was exemplary.

Was happy with the staff and the room, however there was a really bad high pitched noise which staff could not help with. after leaving i heard the noise coming from the roof nearby.

Friendly staff, fresh clean rooms and comfortable bedding. Lovely evening meal I had the 8oz steak and it tastes amazing and fresh. One down fall about the room was that it gets to hot and the windows are bolted shut and the aircon turns off automatically after a few minutes. Apart from that it's an amazing hotel and only walking distance to the city centre and close by restaurants

Nice hotel with comfy beds. Great location right by the train station. Friendly reception and relaxed bar. We managed to get parking on a Friday night which was handy, no faff with that either. The only gripe was the bathroom door was a weird slidey one that was wobbly. Would recommend.
