I came in and ask for an large fish and chips and they gave me tiny fish and 3 hand fulls of chips never ever going there agian bad service when rang up hey said thats the normal size very unhappy and the chips are green unbeatable

Sent my granson for fish and chips the fish was tiny and the chips were inedable. Phoned about this and was laughed at.. at 4 pounds 80 an expensive lesson of where not to go again.

I was a local regular customer until tonight, i was given under half the usual portion and when i returned and politely pointed this out i was confronted with smarmy insults from the owners, i have worked in the catering industry all my life and have never witnessed such bad customer service, when they added 3 chips to my portion i requested my money back, which they initially refused. The quality overall hasn't been great, we consistently got greasy or raw chips and the sauces were never the 65° that law states it must be.
