I waited for 1 hr and 15 minutes for my order and got a big disappointment in return. Food is not up to the standard at all.

I have ordered from this takeaway quite a few time's but this time will be the last ! Poor food poor customer service . Just under 30 worth of food arrived I plated the food started eating the sauce on our crispy beef had a fusty taste too it . And the pork in our house rice was just pure fat . Completely put us of our meals after 2 mouth fulls . I called the takeaway to try and resolve the issue I explained that issues we had and also that we didn't want to read order our door again . Told them I was quite happy for the food to be returned to them as it was not eaten just plated up so they could see taste for them self the issue the meal had . But the lady on the phone was shouting at her children in the bak ground in stead of dealing with the issue I got cut off 2 times . I finally got a resolution which is they said is all they could offer which was to redeliver the dished we had ordered . And when I explained again that I didn't want to consume food from them again she started yelling in Chinese to some one in the back ground and I asked if they could come collect the the food and issue a refund only for the 2 dishes that had a fault . And was told no !!! . Will not be ordering from this place again .

It took 2 hours to arrive... 2 hours... totally unacceptable. I'm pregnant and get sick if I don't eat when I need to - by the time this arrived I was so ill I couldn't touch it. Thanks for ruining our Saturday night, golden orient
