Nice enough. Long waiting times. Still not got the car mats they said they would provide 6 months later. But car seems to be as described.

Excellent service. Free coffee. Has it's own cafe so you can have a snack while you wait. My car was fixed very promptly at the agreed time. They even washed it for me which was a nice surprise. Well done.

I would give 0 stars if able. Ford B Max needed 2 new alloy wheels and Sandicliffe fitted 2 new alloy wheels......only problem is that they did not match the 2 already on the car and nobody noticed!!!! I then put the car in again to be told that they had ordered the wrong ones a second time!!!! It is hard to speak to the right person, they don't return phone calls and when I asked to speak to a manager, the phone rang and rang and no manager was available to take my call. One minute the wheels are being replaced under warranty and the next they are not. The car is less than 3 years old and has only done 17000 miles!!!! Great car, let down by poor dealer. Complaint sent to Ford and to Sandicliffe.
