Came to this store that’s just been revamped. Even LESS parking spaces now and as I’m in a large van it’s difficult to negotiate around the tight access ways and even harder to find a suitable place to park. As I saw an area near some chevrons where I used to park I headed for it and completely didn’t see or realise the height restriction has been moved from the corner where it was clearly visible to an unreasonable place you wouldn’t see whilst trying to negotiate around the car park. Even when I heard a bang I thought it was something falling over in the back of the van. I looked in the mirrors and saw NOTHING. It’s all in black not highly visible and it’s damaged my vehicle.

Will not be going there again. Ill thought out. All about the restaurant and stuff the car park. Large vans not welcome.

Nowhere to park. This is my second visit after the recent refit. The second time I've driven away as there is nowhere to park.

During the refit they removed 6 parking spaces to add a double lane drive through. So stupid! There were barely enough spaces to begin with... It's pretty clear they are trying to force people to drive through, less cleaning inside I suppose... I just drove away and went to KFC instead a little further along the ring road.

The KFC was a lot busier than usual... Probably full of McDonald's customers who couldn't get parked..

The new format ordering system keeps you waiting simply too long. 11 minutes this time, with no explanation or apology. A fast food restaurant it is not! If they can't get you the food quickly, then there really isn't any other reason for going!

Went for a meal with my niece and big brother tonight (Monday 11/9/17. Around 6.40pm) I was given some meal vouchers, big mac and fries for 1.99 etc. As my brother has never used these vouchers before he threw his away (we used the self service checkout, so this had already been scanned and paid for), he explained this to what I'm assuming was a manager. The managers attitude was revolting, he snapped at my brother telling him he will have to charge him full price because of this. I understand that there are policies in place, but the way he spoke to my brother was extremely patronizing and undermining. As someone who works in catering and customer service I was appalled by his attitude and tone of voice. People make mistakes and instead of being scolded as if he was a child he should have been understanding. Anyway he took some completely unrelated vouchers from my brother and said that would make up for it. We got home to sit down to our meal to discover each and every burger was cold. I was given the incorrect McFlurry. Oh and my brothers burger wasn't even wrapped properly. Not only did we recieve horrendous customer service but also food was not up to standard. Will not be using this McDonalds again. I understand that it isn't exactly fine dining and it's not like I expect waitress service, but it would have been nice to have been spoken to as if we were humans, and have food up to standard.
