I've had back problems for years and went to see Peak Physio in the Light. Cathy was my physio and she was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble! She really took the time to listen to me. Not only did she sort out my back once and for all (where NHS physio had failed), she also discussed long-term solutions such as excercise and recommened I see a podiatrist to correct some other problems I had, which I had not even considered. Excellent, friendly, professional service, would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Peak Physiotherapy for rehabilitation following any injury - I have been plagued by recurrent knee problems as a runner and have struggled to find the right therapist to see for this problem. A friend recommended Peak Physiotherapy and I have never looked back. I am back to full fitness and competitive running - and pain free!!
