I was advised to buy a couple of items to sort out a small issue then I found that in fact I only needed one of the items so I went back to return the item for credit only to be told "due to health and safety reasons they do not accept returns" even though the items was still within its sealed outer and they had provided poor advice. BAD ADVICE AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE - Never will be using them again and I suggest you are careful as they have zero ethics...
