It's good, bit of a playground, wild areas, playing fields, etc.
I had a picnic there, it was good. I took cheese sandwiches, pork pies, crisps, a small salad, some Tea Cake and some Tunnocks. I had a nice flask of hot water for tea, obviously sugar and milk. Pretty tasty and filling on the whole. Kids were disappointed I ate it all but I got them some chips on the way home (and some myself, lol) so all good.

This place is brilliant for families, group or individual walks or couples wanting to enjoy a peaceful walk. Its brilliant for dog walkers too. The playpark is great and there are many walks if you are willing to find them.
The reason for the 4 star rating is due to the fact that even though there are plenty of poop bins unfortunately some people don't pick up after there dogs.
