I'm an an international athlete and have recently moved to L1 for my Strength & Conditioning support.
My one to one sessions with Kyle have been great. His professional approach and attention to detail is remarkable and his wealth of knowledge is clear to see.
All of the services you require are in one place that members are able to utilise. L1 is the best environment I have trained in and hope to continue working with them throughout my athletics career.

Love this little gym. No contract for classes you can pay as you go. Clean and modern facilities with wide choice of glasses and PT sessions.

What a wonderful experience working with Lisa Chothia, Nutritionist at L1 Performance. I approached Lisa to undergo food intolerance tests for an ongoing skin complaint. Her manner is professional and friendly and she has a wealth of technical information and also practical suggestions and ideas. I have a good general knowledge of nutrition yet I learnt so much from our consultation. Thank you Lisa. Highly recommended.
